A Southern Pacific train loaded with sugar beets strikes a makeshift bus filled with 60 migrant workers near Salinas, Calif., killing 32. The driver said the bus was so crowded he couldn›t see the train coming.

Union Sues POTUS Over Order Making It Easier to Fire Fed. Workers

Oct. 29, 2020 | WORKERS’ RIGHTS | The National Treasury Employees Union, which represents 150,000 federal workers, sued President Trump Monday claiming the executive order was “a textbook example of the president acting contrary to Congress’s express and limited delegation of authority.” Trump’s order instructs federal agencies to review their rosters and place employees with jobs that involve policy-making in a newly created category without protections afforded to most government employees… Bloomberg Law
