A Bill to Get the Labor Movement Back on Offense
Posted On: Jul 29, 2014
July 29, 2014 | U.S. LABOR | For years, the American labor movement has been on the defensive as it has become harder and harder for workers to join or maintain a union. Related: Ellisons's plan would amend the National Labor Relations Act; give you a right to sue union busters.
