Labor Day ‘Workers Over Billionaires’ Protests Demand Workers’ Rights
Posted On: Sep 02, 2025
Sept. 2, 2025 | U.S. LABOR UNIONS | Protesters in Baltimore demanded workers' rights and opposed Trump administration policies, joining thousands of people across the country in "Workers Over Billionaires" rallies on Labor Day. The May Day Strong Coalition, the group behind Monday's protests, said it aims to reclaim workers' power over billionaires. It's the same group that organized the nationwide May Day demonstrations earlier this year. Lane Kintigh, a participant in the Baltimore rally, joined neighbors, labor union members and community groups at McKeldin Plaza to rally in support of workers and to take action against billionaires who they say are taking over the U.S. government… WBALTV.com  Related: ‘He’s brazenly anti-worker’, and photos of protest rallies and parades
