This generally includes children, grandchildren and spouses of United Association members who are in good standing who are dependent upon that UA member’s financial support and maintenance.

On Sunday, May 28, 2023, Gerald (Jerry) Little, loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away at the age of 83. Jerry was born to Jim and Loretta Little in Spokane Washington. While growing up in Spokane he graduated from Gonzaga Prep, attended Gonzaga University, and then started and completed an apprenticeship as a union Steamfitter.

UPS package car drivers have until Monday, June 5, to sign up on the 9.5 list. Being on the list means you have the right to file grievances regarding pay when you are worked beyond 9.5 hours more than twice a week. When UPS violates your 9.5 rights as a driver, the company is required to reduce your workload and pay triple time-instead of time-and-a-half-for time worked in excess of 9.

Breaking News - AT&T Grace Street Agreement Reached. Tuesday, May 23, 2023 8:00pm (CDT) - The IBEW System Council T-3 (SCT-3) and AT&T Diversified Services reached a tentative agreement on a new four-year Yellow Mobility contract covering approximately 160 employees working for the company at the Chicago Grace Street call center. Details of the tentative agreement will be released in the days to come. The new tentative agreement must be voted on and accepted by the members of the IBEW. The IBEW SCT-3 will present the contract to its members over the next few weeks through a series of meetings and other communications. Complete ratification information and detailed contractual changes will be provided as soon as possible.
