Tom became a Teamster in 1976 while working for Roadway Express, where he served as a shop steward for several years.
In the 1990’s Tom began working as an organizer for Local 992, helping workers at a dozen companies choose unionization. Under Tom’s leadership, eight out of the twelve shops joined the Local and went on to win strong contracts. Tom also worked on organizing drives for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters during former General President Ron Carey's administration and taught organizing classes on behalf of the International Union.
Tom has been Secretary-Treasurer/Principal Executive Officer of Teamsters Local 992 since 2001. As a member of the MD-DC Freight Union Negotiating Committee, he bargained the Maryland DC Supplemental Agreement. He also serves as an Executive Board Trustee on Teamsters Joint Council 62, a regional group of Teamster unions headquartered in Baltimore, Md.

Rich has been working in the LTL freight industry for 35 years. He is an 18-year Teamster and has served as a Teamster Local 992 shop steward for 12 years. Rich is currently employed as a P&D driver for ABF Freight in Hagerstown, MD. He was appointed Teamsters Local 992 Sergeant at Arms in 2020.
Travis graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science in 2006. He started working in 2007 with Franklin County Adult Probation, where he has also been a steward for over seven years. In his free time, Travis is an active member of the Franklin County Sportsmen for Youth Field Day event. He is also a Hunter Trapper Education Instructor for the Pennsylvania Game Commission.
A third-generation union member, Keith is employed at YRC, Inc. and has been a Teamster for 37 years, and a shop steward for 25. Despite being continually employed since his first year in high school, Keith continued his higher education and received an Associate Degree in Business and Economics. Married for 38 years, Keith is active in his church and serves as a board member.
